  1. For those who never read DOC files :
  2.  
  3. 1) make sure you have VBRUN100.DLL in your Windows directory
  4. 2) create directory C:\WINDOWS\WINCAT
  5. 3) extract WINCAT25.ARJ into C:\WINDOWS\WINCAT
  6. 4) create directory C:\WINDOWS\WINCAT\ARCHIVES
  7. 5) edit WINCATRS.BAT (specify directory of LHA, ARJ and PKUNZIP.EXE)
  8. 6) copy WINCAT.INI to the \WINDOWS directory
  9. 7) add WINCAT.EXE to a Windows program group
  10. 8) GO!
